Caitlin Lomax is an XR producer and developer of digital experiences.
After developing her own computer game at aged 13, her love of programming and technology was born. Spending her early career as a globally-renowned fashion model, Caitlin continued to develop her programming skills behind the scenes, whilst building relationships across the globe. After settling in Australia, she now dedicates her time to producing XR projects and digital experiences and has grown a successful business developing websites, electronic projects and Arduino art – the latter of which was used by Australian start-up unicorn Canva, when Caitlin developed in collaboration with OneJessa a dynamic installation to launch their new site to over 60 million users.
Working as both an in-house XR producer and as an external consultant, Caitlin is a creative powerhouse and technical expert, and brings both skills to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards. Most recently, she produced a real-time virtual presentation for SIGGRAPH Asia’s Real Time Live!, and won a silver AEAF Award for the VR Nascar Pitstop she producer for Shell V Power (beating Game of Thrones). She also regularly speaks and moderates panels for tech events, and is a mentor for RMIT’s Developing an AR/VR Business Strategy course.
