Revelation Film Festival
The Revelation Film Festival is now in its 22nd year. Since that time, the event has cemented its place Western Australia’s major Winter cultural statement.
Taking place across Perth and Fremantle, Revelation has extended embraces moving image art, live music, film and interactive and immersive media forms. It presents a vibrant program of live music at cinemas, campuses, cafes, bars, nightclubs, galleries, found spaces, libraries and public spaces.
It attracts around 80 national and international guests from all forms of artistic practice and collaborates with cultural organisations around Australia and the world in delivering a unique event order with a distinctly Western Australian flavour.
Revelation reaches audiences of over 22,000 and through these activities, signposts WA as a location of critical, cultural, creative and business excellence.
Revelation will consist of its core invited program and actively umbrella other activity generated by other venues and organisations that align with concept and content.
It seeks to deliver benefits to business, tourism and community and harness the considerable R&D already undertaken by the event delivering an event of scale, quality, difference and individuality.

Driving around 10,000 people annually to galleries across Perth and Fremantle, Revelation Art brings to WA some of the finest international moving image works and collaborations from the world over.
