Sessions and exhibits open at 10am in all venues and end at 5pm – except for evening events of course.

10am-5pm – Revelation Academic

10.00am-5pm – Public exhibits at relevant venues (free)

10.30am-5pm – Public live VR/game play (charged & ticketed)

10am – delegate only keynote

11.30am – delegate only morning tea

12noon-1.30pm – 3 concurrent delegate only workshops/panels & conference activities

1.30-2.15pm – Lunch

2.15-3.45pm – 3 concurrent delegate only workshops/panels & conference activities

3.45pm – public keynote (charged & ticketed)

4pm-5pm – 3 concurrent delegate only workshops/panels & conference activities 

5.30-7pm – Networking drinks @PICA Bar (delegate only)

7.30-10pm – Beer & Board Games @Studio Startup (free & public)

8.30pm-9pm – The Alex Fireside Chats (Alex Hotel, delegate only)

You can if it’s advertised as such. ‘Delegate only’ sessions apply only to delegates registered for a single day or three days. There are however some keynotes, workshops and spaces that will be available to the public and all will be marked as ‘Open to the Public’ where appropriate. This includes the exhibition floor at the Art Gallery of WA, exhibits at PICA and at the Kaos Theatre and Beer & Board Games at Studio Startup.

There’s two types of conference registration. You can register for a single and specific day or for three days. Each type allows you access to all sessions on that day or throughout the conference. It/they also allows for:

• Morning & afternoon tea on the day(s)
• Access to the evening networking drinks
• Access to the Delegate Lounge

Please note: it does not provide access to the Academic Conference.

Sorry but no. We’ve tried to keep registration fees as low as we can and provide as much as we can – but the earlier the registration, the cheaper it is.

This gives you access to the Academic Conference on Dec 4 & 5 which takes place at the Art Gallery of WA Theatrette from 10-5pm. It also includes:

• Access to the Delegate Lounge
• Access to Keynotes
• Access to Screenings
• Morning tea
• A light lunch 
• Delegate networking drinks.
• 4 tickets to the Revelation Perth International Film Festival

No. Everything on the exhibition floor at the Art Gallery of WA is free for the public as are the experiences. Just come on in.

All venues except Studio Startup are wheelchair accessible. We are however not able to provide Auslan to most sessions but will where possible. Please contact us should you wish to discuss further.

We’ll be having as much diversity of content as possible. There’ll be playable games, VR experiences dealing with educational and training, experiences from the CSIRO and other science-based organisations, medicine and research, emergency responding and art and architecture. It’s perfect for those wanting to explore career opportunities or talk directly with people working in the field.

We maintain an ethical partnership agenda and we welcome in-kind and cash partnerships with all manner of organisations, companies or individuals who also have ethical interests at heart. Partnering with the event may include presenting keynote, talks and workshops, branding spaces, powering our volunteers or presenting events.
